Data Deletion Instructions

Fused Media operates the FusedOS application. In compliance with Facebook Platform rules and general data privacy guidelines, these are the instructions for removing the FusedOS app connection or deleting your data entirely.

Removing the FusedOS app from Facebook

  1. 1.Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
  2. 2.Open Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu — you'll see every app and website linked to your Facebook account.
  3. 3.Search for and click FusedOS in the list.
  4. 4.Scroll down and click the Remove button.
  5. 5.Confirm the removal. The app connection and its activities are now removed.

Requesting complete data deletion

To have all of your personal data, account information and CRM records entirely deleted from our systems (including FusedOS), submit a formal request:

  1. 1.Email support@fusedmedia.net.
  2. 2.Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. 3.Include the email address associated with your account and your business name so we can locate your records.

We process requests and securely delete your data within 30 days of receipt, notifying you once deletion is complete. Certain records may be retained for legal or tax compliance as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
