Data Deletion Instructions

Fused Media ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FusedOS application. In compliance with the Facebook Platform rules and general data privacy guidelines, we provide these instructions for users who wish to delete their data or remove the FusedOS app connection from their social accounts.

Removing the FusedOS App from Facebook

If you want to delete your activities for the FusedOS app, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu. Here you will see all of the apps and websites linked with your Facebook account.
3. Search for and click on FusedOS in the list.
4. Scroll down and click the Remove button.
5. Confirm the removal. You have successfully removed the app connection and activities.

Requesting Complete Data Deletion

If you wish to have all your personal data, account information, and CRM records entirely deleted from our systems (including FusedOS), please submit a formal data deletion request:

1. Send an email to management@fusedmedia.ai.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your account and your business name so we can locate your records.

We will process your request and securely delete your data within 30 days of receipt, notifying you once the deletion is complete. Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or tax compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
