Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through our forms — name, business name, email, phone number and information about your marketing goals — plus standard analytics data such as pages visited and referring source.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your growth plan, deliver contracted services, and improve our own marketing. We do not sell your information.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure how our marketing performs and to optimise our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive your device, browser, page-visit and click information, including advertising click identifiers. We never send them your name, email address or phone number.
Where we do not track
We do not run a cookie banner. Instead, we do not load any analytics or advertising tags at all for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, for visitors whose region we cannot determine, or for browsers sending a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Visitors in those regions are not measured. You can also block these tools with your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings at any time.
How we know where a lead came from
When you arrive on this site we record the campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, referring website and landing page in your own browser for up to 90 days. If you submit a form or book a call, that source information is saved with your enquiry and stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we know which ad, search or post you came from. It is never shared with advertising platforms.
Text and email communication
By submitting a form you agree to receive follow-up communication from us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Client data
Marketing data belonging to client accounts is stored inside our reporting platform and is accessible only to authorized team members and the client.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@fusedmedia.net.
